Ever wonder what happens to those time claims once they disappear into the local chairmans hands? Well on this page you can follow the progression of your claims through "the system" from the day you hand your claim to the local chairman, to the day it get a final and binding decision from the conference. Where you can find the status of your claim depends on where you where working when you turned it in. Your choices are listed at the right.
Soon, I will have a list of claim codes on this page for easy, quick reference. This is also where I hope to list instructions on how to turn in certain claims and answer claims related questions. Please be patient though because this information will take time to gather.
NOTE: September 28, 2005
As of September 28, 2005, all claims are listed in a new database. When you view the claims, you can see which ones have been updated last by looking at the date in the right most column. This new database has many features which will aid you in looking up particular claims or sorting. Any questions or comments about the new claims data base may be directed to the Webmaster.
NOTE: June 2, 2005
Your General Chairman, John Lesniewski, has successfully communicated with Labor Relations about pulling of trains out of yard limits is a flagrant violation of the B&O agreement, as we have always maintained. Please print and post the following claims at your work location. We were also successful at some other claims. CSX is taking a obstinate attitude towards "08" claims for illegal annulment of your jobs. Your General committee is still arguing your claims on this issue. Please help spread the word that we are getting legitimate claims paid.
